2. Key issue of the week: Why can’t I change the access of multi-signature?
This might occur when you don’t have enough bandwidth or Energy. Please try again after freezing TRX for such resources. In addition, changing access consumes TRX, so you may also encounter this issue if you have insufficient TRX balance.
