I Product Development Progress

  1. Finished optimizing address detail page

The team finished working on the optimization of the address detail page and is testing the work. It will be available to use after passing the testings.

2.Self-service token entry system is 80% finished and is expected to launch by the end of May

(1)Users can enter the page and put in the token information by themselves. The information will go through automated verification with no need to submit to the TRONSCAN team, and within seconds everything is done. This will significantly reduce manual labor and improve the efficiency of token information entry.

(2)Integrated the entrance for TRC10 and TRC20 token information entry so there’s no need to differentiate the two;

(3)Combined “create an entrance” and “update the entrance” for future maintenance

3.Interface monitoring in progress

To make TRONSCAN more stable and easier to use, the team is working on the deployment of p99, an optimization of the management and monitoring of important interfaces.

4.Working to combine TRONSCAN and TronGrid

The team is working to combine TRONSCAN and TronGrid in order to better serve the developers. Initial integration is already finished. The team is organizing interfaces and trying to ship it as soon as possible.

5. Launched the TRON app that is compatible with the latest ledger

V0.1.1 TRON app is already up on Ledger Live上. It will support Ledger’s function of TRC20 USDT transfer. Users who have updated to v0.1.1 will be able to transfer funds as usual.

II Operatios Progress

1.Support Center work order optimization

TRONSCAN’s support center work order optimization is finished, and it will handle information in a more detailed fashion and improve the efficiency of problem-solving. In addition, the team added a suggestion and feedback work order to strengthen relationship between TRONSCAN and community members. With the new work order, both parties can work to better the user experience of TRONSCAN, making it the best blockchain explorer in the industry.

2.Main focus of the week:Log-in exception of Ledger & Unable to transfer TRC20-based USDT via Ledger

Ledger log-in exception: Due to firmware and software update, some users encountered difficulties logging in using the old version. Please make sure your device meets the following requirements before you try again:

(1)Ledger firmware updated to v1.5.5

(2)TRON app updated to v0.1.1

(3)Chrome updated to 73.0 and above

Unable to transfer TRC20-based USDT via Ledger: Due to the unique characteristics of TRC20-based USDT, it cannot be transferred via v0.1.0 TRON app. In order to solve this issue, we’ve developed a new version of TRON app, and users will be able to use Ledger for fund transfer after updating the TRON app to v0.1.1

3.Coming Soon: Rules of blacklisting tokens on TRONSCAN

Considering the changes happening along the development of the project, TRONSCAN is publishing a set of rules for the purpose of protecting investors and community members. The rules will be published after thorough analysis and discussion. In the future, if the third-party projects violate the above-mentioned rules, TRONSCAN will blacklist the tokens from those projects.
