2. Key issue of the week: Why can’t I transfer, freeze or unfreeze tokens after logging into TRONSCAN via Ledger?
Our technical staff have troubleshooted and tested the issue. They find that users are able to use Ledger to transfer, freeze and unfreeze funds on the condition that they use Ledger firmware version 1.5.5 or higher and install TRON app version 0.1.3 or higher to log into TRONSCAN in Chrome version 74.0 or higher on Mac OS or Windows 10. If you encounter this issue, please make sure you have upgraded your Ledger firmware, TRON app, Chrome and operating system to the versions mentioned above.
